The Teenage Engineering EP–2350 ting is a standalone handheld performance microphone that goes far beyond conventional vocal capture. Designed as a hands-on live performance tool, ting combines a microphone with built-in effects, four triggerable sample slots, real-time parameter control, and extensive customisation, allowing performers to manipulate vocals and launch sounds directly from the mic.
Four built-in voice effects provide instant creative processing, including echo, spring-style ambience, pixie, and robot effects. The position-sensitive handle can be used to adjust effect parameters while performing, while motion control allows shaking the microphone to modify assigned sound parameters for expressive and unpredictable live effects.
Four onboard sample slots let you trigger sounds directly from ting using its dedicated controls. The factory sounds can be replaced with your own WAV files via USB-C, with approximately 1 MB of onboard sample storage. Mono and stereo WAV files are supported in 8-bit, 16-bit, 24-bit, or 32-bit floating-point formats with sample rates up to 96 kHz.
For deeper sound design, ting allows custom effect presets to be created using a simple JSON configuration file. Effects can be chained and reordered, while the handle, physical motion, and internal LFO modulation can be assigned to different effect parameters. This gives adventurous performers extensive control over how the microphone responds during a performance.
The EP–2350 ting connects directly to the Teenage Engineering EP–40 riddim or another sound system through its 3.5 mm stereo line output and included curly cable. An internal output-level control allows the signal level to be adjusted to suit the connected equipment.
Designed for portable performance, ting weighs just 100 grams and can operate from two AAA batteries or USB-C power. Its intentionally lo-fi character, compact handheld design, built-in samples, live effects, and unconventional performance controls make it a distinctive creative tool for vocalists, DJs, producers, and live electronic performers.

All orders over $200 will be automatically eligible for FREE Shipping Australia Wide, if you order is under $200 there will be a flat rate of $12.

Online orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order should take between 1-8 business days to arrive depending on your location. Please note that your order may take up to 10 business days to arrive from the day you place your order.
If it transpires that the product is out of stock due to a stock discrepancy and/or there will be a delay in shipment, we will contact you within 2 business days of placing your order and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order. Deliver is made during the hours from 8:00am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday. As such, please ensure you nominate an address which is capable of receiving goods during 8am and 5.30pm. Given the restrictions on PO Box deliveries we cannot deliver larger sized items to a PO Box.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item which is not damaged or faulty in any way and you have simply changed your mind or made the wrong decision, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. We will not agree to refund an item because you simply changed your mind or made the wrong decision if we have not been advised of your intention within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we have provided a return authority, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item, at their own costs within 30 days from original purchase. If the item is returned with any damage or alteration to its original packaging, we will refund the item subject to applying a minimum 15% restocking fee. We will not refund the costs of the initial shipping charges.
