The KEMPER PROFILER™ Head is a leading-edge digital guitar amplifier and all-in-one effects processor. Using Kemper's patented PROFILING™ technology, the PROFILER captures the full and dynamic sound of virtually any guitar or bass amplifier and brings it into the digital domain.

Finished in black and featuring the PROFILER Head's distinctive classic design, it's compact and lightweight enough for easy transport while providing an enormous range of amplifier tones and effects for the studio, stage, rehearsal room or home.

Capture Your Own Amplifier Tones

Kemper's proprietary PROFILING™ technology analyses the sonic characteristics of your amplifier and allows you to capture your individual tones as digital Profiles. The profiling process can be performed on virtually any amplifier and captures the characteristics of the amplifier, microphone and speaker cabinet.

Once captured, your Profiles can be stored and recalled whenever you need them. You can then take the original sound even further using the PROFILER's gain and EQ controls, adjust power sagging, modify pick attack and even exchange the cabinet while retaining the fundamental character of your original amplifier.

Consistent Tone From Studio To Stage

The PROFILER makes it easy to maintain consistent guitar tones between recording sessions and live performances. Create your Profiles in the studio and recall exactly the same sounds later for overdubs, alternative takes, rehearsals or gigs.

Because the characteristics of your mic'd speaker cabinet are captured within the Profile, you can connect the PROFILER directly to a PA system without needing to mic a traditional guitar cabinet on stage. You can monitor through a standard stage monitor while sending your complete guitar sound directly to the front-of-house system.

Perfect For Home & Studio Use

Unlike traditional tube amplifiers that often need to be pushed to high volume levels to achieve their best tones, the PROFILER delivers its sound at virtually any listening level. Connect it to your home stereo, studio monitors or headphones for convenient practice and recording.

A dedicated Space effect helps create a more natural headphone listening experience and reduce ear fatigue, while the auxiliary input allows you to connect a music player and mix backing tracks with your guitar signal.

Powerful Built-In Effects

The PROFILER includes an extensive selection of high-quality effects covering both classic and modern sounds. The signal chain provides eight effect modules in addition to the amplifier stack, giving you extensive control over your complete guitar rig.

Up to four effects can be positioned before the amplifier stack and another four after it, with the final effect modules ideally suited to delay and reverb. Delay and reverb feature spillover, allowing effect tails to continue naturally when changing between Rigs.

Effects also offer flexible features including ducking, allowing effect intensity to respond dynamically to your playing, while multiple parallel routing options provide even greater flexibility when building more advanced signal chains.

Rig Manager & iPad Control

The PROFILER Head supports Kemper Rig Manager for iPadOS, providing a portable graphical interface for editing and fine-tuning your guitar tones.

Effects can be added, swapped and modified through the intuitive interface, allowing you to adjust your PROFILER while standing in the ideal listening position. The PROFILER Head requires a wired Ethernet connection to your local network when using Rig Manager for iPadOS.
