Product Information
The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50M G2 White is a professional portable column PA system combining powerful sound reinforcement, integrated digital mixing and wireless control in an elegant white finish. Designed for live bands, DJs, solo performers, weddings, corporate events and professional venues, this second-generation EVOLVE system features a 1,500-watt Class-D amplifier, a 12-inch subwoofer, eight 3.5-inch neodymium drivers and an integrated 8-channel digital mixer powered by Dynacord.
Delivering a maximum sound pressure level of 129 dB, the EVOLVE 50M G2 provides impressive output and headroom for demanding live sound applications. Its 12-inch subwoofer features a laminar flow vent design for efficient low-frequency reproduction, extending bass performance down to 37 Hz. The column array's eight neodymium drivers deliver clear, detailed midrange and high-frequency reproduction, with a frequency response of 43 Hz to 20 kHz.
The precisely engineered column array provides 120-degree horizontal coverage and 40-degree down-tilted vertical dispersion. This wide, controlled coverage pattern helps distribute sound evenly across seated and standing audiences, making the system suitable for a variety of performance spaces and event configurations.
At the heart of the EVOLVE 50M G2 is an integrated 8-channel digital mixer powered by Dynacord, allowing performers to connect and manage multiple audio sources without requiring a separate mixing console. Switchable 48V phantom power supports compatible condenser microphones, while automatic feedback suppression (AFS) and music ducking provide additional flexibility for live performances, presentations and speech applications.
Electro-Voice QuickSmartDSP offers intuitive sound optimisation through four application presets: Music, Live, Speech and Club. A 3-band equaliser provides additional tonal adjustment, while five user presets allow preferred configurations to be stored and recalled. The system also features 38 built-in audio effects with dedicated FX1 and FX2 controls, providing extensive sound-shaping options for vocals, instruments and live mixing. A 2.8-inch colour LCD display makes navigating system settings and mixer functions straightforward.
Wireless control through the Electro-Voice QuickSmart App allows users to adjust settings and manage compatible systems directly from a mobile device. Extended Bluetooth range provides greater freedom during setup and performance, while QuickSmart Link enables audio and control sharing between two compatible EVOLVE 50M G2 systems. This allows expanded mixing capabilities and flexible stereo configurations for larger performances and events.
Despite its powerful output and extensive mixing functionality, the EVOLVE 50M G2 is designed for effortless portability. Its modular construction features a magnetically seated distance pole and gravity-held column array, allowing quick, tool-free assembly. Internal signal routing eliminates the need for additional cables between the subwoofer and column, helping maintain a clean and professional setup.
The included padded carrying bag accommodates the column array and distance pole for convenient transportation and storage. With its sophisticated white finish, compact footprint, powerful amplification and comprehensive digital mixing capabilities, the Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50M G2 White is an excellent choice for musicians and event professionals seeking a versatile, all-in-one portable PA system.
