Terms & Conditions

Melbourne Guitar Show (MGS) Trip – COMPETITION

1. The Promoter is: Belfield Music Pty Ltd (ABN 99 160 283 258) of registered office address: 846 Hume Hwy, Bass Hill NSW 2197. The abovementioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’ 
2. Employees of the Promoter, their family members or anyone connected in any way with the competition or helping set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. 
3. This competition is open only to current Australian residents. 
4. Closing date for entries will be 11:59pm (AEDT) Tuesday 31st January 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 
5. Once the entry form is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you've provided. You are required to confirm your entry by clicking on the link provided in the confirmation email. You will only be entered into the completion once the email is confirmed.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 
7. By entering, you are consenting to receive newsletters and other marketing materials from the Promoter. 
8. The winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday 1st February 2023. The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.  The Promoter shall have no liability for the Winners' failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 
9. By participating, You (the entrant), agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Promoter as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign and in respect of all matters to do with the competition. 
10. 1 x Weekend Pass for Saturday 4^th and Sunday 5^th March 2023 will be awarded to the winner.  For residents outside of Victoria, return flights to Melbourne, plus overnight hotel accommodation is included in the prize.  For residents within Victoria, you will be provided with a $750 store voucher from the Promoter in included in the prize in lieu of flights and accommodation.
11. Transfer to and from the airport and to and from the accommodation will not be covered by the Promoter and need to be organized at their own cost by the Winner.
12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The winner’s name will be published on our website. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 
14. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
